Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation by the Customer
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

    • If your cancellation request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent.
  2. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
    • Orders for custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
  3. Order Cancellation by Varuna Gupta Studio
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to circumstances such as incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
    • In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    • Refunds are available for items returned within 10 days of delivery.
    • The items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

    • If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

    • Items must meet the same return conditions as outlined above.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
